Cancellation Policy

* Cancellation made 28 days or more in advance of arrival date = Deposit refund minus £20 administration fee

* Cancellation made 27 days or less of arrival date = Deposit refund minus the equivalent value of the first night 

* Cancellation made 1 week or less of arrival date (that is 7 full days before 6pm of the arrival date) = No refund issued, full amount of booking due
